Carol Kassie, Contributing Writer
Carol Kassie, Contributing Writer, has always held a deep and abiding love for the arts, particularly theater and film. So much so, Kassie’s parents presented her as a small child with an original Broadway cast recording of My Fair Lady. Needless to say, her passion has only intensified over the years.
After graduating from Sir George Williams University (now Concordia University) in Montreal with a degree in theatre, Kassie moved to Canada’s capital city, where she spent nearly thirty years actively involved in Ottawa’s vibrant cultural scene. A move to South Florida in 2001 offered her an opportunity to return to her first love, theater. Since relocating to the Sunshine State, Kassie has served as Marketing Director for both the Cuillo Centre for the Arts and the Lake Worth Playhouse. Currently, she serves as a theatrical marketing and public relations consultant for a number of area theatres, in addition to working as a freelance writer for several local publications. Kassie is thrilled to be joining the PBG Lifestyle team.
