Glenn R. Swift, Co-Publisher & Editor in Chief, is an award-winning writer and editor who is familiar to many South Florida readers as a feature story writer for some of the area’s most prestigious publications. Known for his colorful, insightful, easy-to-read style, Swift was the honored recipient of the Florida Magazine Association’s 1999 Bronze Award for Writing Excellence. Prior to relocating to Florida two years ago, Swift lived in Laguna Beach, California, where he worked as Managing Editor of Kettley Publishing — a leading e-publisher for the financial services industry.
The son of a former senior British government official, Swift is a dual citizen of the United States and United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stetson University and a Master of Arts in European History from the University of Central Florida. He is a member of the international history fraternity, Phi Alpha Theta, the Florida Freelance Writers Association, the Cassell Network of Writers, the International Travel Writers Alliance, and the British-based Travelwriters UK. Swift possesses an outstanding general knowledge of history, politics, and current events, and regularly appears on the radio and as a guest speaker at colleges and universities throughout the Sunshine State. His considerable experience in media and academia will be of enormous value in making PBG Lifestyle one of South Florida’s premier publications.
