Clematis by Night, the free weekly concert series on the West Palm Beach Waterfront, will host a special Clematis by Fright on the evening of Thursday, October 30, 2014 from 6 to 10 p.m. This free, frightfully fantastic time features live music by the local rock legends Riverdown. There’s $7,000 in prizes up for grabs during the event and an annual costume contest with categories for kids, adults, couples, families and pets.
New this year is the Haunted Hallows where children can safely trick-or-treat with candy provided by nonprofit organizations and local businesses. The city will provide a free Halloween bag for goodies. Family activities include hay rides, face painting, caricaturist, balloon twisters, games, ghost story telling by the Mandel Public Library, and more.
