Lauren Delgado, Contributing Writer, is a student at the University of Florida majoring in Journalism and minoring in Environmental Studies. Ever since winning an essay contest in the seventh grade, becoming a journalist has been in the back of her mind. After a semester-long stint of pre-veterinarian courses, journalism has been her focus.
Besides writing for PBG Lifestyle magazine, Lauren juggles school, an internship at Home: Living in the Heart of Florida magazine and reporting for The Warrington Times newspaper.
Lauren hopes to someday work for either Newsweek magazine or National Geographic magazine. But no matter where journalism takes her, she will always be grateful to her first internship at PBG Lifestyle.
