Scott B. Smith, a top Florida trial lawyer, still recalls when his family relocated to Palm Beach Gardens almost twenty-five years ago. “I can still remember my amazement at how well-maintained everything was,” Smith reflected. Nearly a quarter-century later, Smith has come full circle back to the Gardens to live with his wife, Molly, and their three children, as well as establish Smith, Ivey & Fronrath, P.L.
As a local high school student, Scott attended Cardinal Newman and The Benjamin School. Upon graduation from Benjamin in 1991, he attended the U.S. Air Force Academy. After
suffering a football-related injury his sophomore year, he transferred to Florida State University for both his undergraduate and law degrees. Immediately following law school, he was a prosecutor in Martin County for the State Attorney’s Office. “The time spent at USAFA, in law school and as a prosecutor, provided invaluable lessons about how to be a hard-working and disciplined person,” he said.
